
Whyyyyy is summer literally flying by soooo quickly?
I always super plan out my summer with all these huge adventurous vacations and activities i'm going to complete by the time August rolls around but somehow maybe only 50% of them get accomplished.
I am excited to say one did happen...
I joined the staff at DTOX Fitness Studio in Studio City, California and obsessed. I LOVE it and currently debating whether to pursue my personal training license or not. So if anyone has any advice please please please let me know, I need all the input I can get.
It's been amazing working their and learning more about the body and fitness. I thought before I was working out... yeah, right.
TRX Suspension is a class that they offer and I teach, I love it. It's perfect for women or individuals with any leg, knee, or hip injuries. The rope suspension allows you to target your whole body through the workout.
Anyways, I wanted to share a few workouts that I teach in a few of my classes including the Abs&Butt. If you are in LA and interested message me or come visit me on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. I promise you won't regret it!
