KNOW YOUR BROWS

I currently just left BROWS Studio City and reflecting how far I have come (with my brows that is.)

Let me start with my first day into BROWS. I had always gone to get them waxed about every two months and like every girl I was a little too obsessed with my cute light pink tweezerman. I always thought my shape was pretty consistent and never realized how pencil thin they actually were. My mom would always bitch at me "you over tweeze" "fill in your brows and put on lipgloss" and "put the tweezers down" but it's not like we actually listen.. am I right? It's not until years later, I could have really benefited from a lot she had to say. Well a few things... some of you may have never experienced but if this sounds familiar we probably both have the "let me vicariously live through, overly obsessed with your skin, teeth, and hair" mom who you know it's only out of love but it gets old. Also, you kick yourself because you see certain obsessions that have been branded into you come out every once in awhile.

Back to topic... after 6 years of being brow botched everywhere I went I decided to visit. First visit, I was challenged to throw the tweezers away don't touch them and let them grow. It was so hard to resist the urge but after a few weeks I was over it and completely forgot the tweezers were gone. I began using NeuLash (what I had been using for my lash growth) on my brows. I would just do one swipe with the clear liquid application across my lash line and through out my brow before bed, after washing my face. After three weeks, I started seeing significant growth (my hair grows soooo slow).

After going to BROWS for a little over a year, I would say my brows have done a complete makeover. Little to say... now I'm on my way to being the next Cara Delevingne. Debbie is a licensed technician and a brow expert. She knows exactly the shape and arch that will highlight your facial features. Side note... that's huge. It can completely change your look if your eyebrows are to thin or overgrown. She only uses hard wax and I'm the biggest baby when it comes to pain, I can't feel anything at all! The best part, it's so reasonably priced.

She was recently featured on CBSLA for the go-to and best place to get your brows done. I had so much fun being a featured model for this shoot and realized my eyebrow journey has come so far. BROWS also works on many celebrities who are featured on television and need their brows on fleek.

Go visit, you're reshaping and saving their lives one brow at a time. I promise you won't regret it.
